SKMo Business Solutions Ltd. currently offers shipping within Trinidad & Tobago only. Please review our policy below before completing your purchase.

We ship to all regions within:

  • Central
  • East
  • West
  • Tobago (additional transit time may apply)

 

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

 

2. Processing Time


All orders are processed within:

 

  • 1–3 business days for in-stock items
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

 

If there is a delay with your order, we will notify you via email.

 

 

3. Delivery Timeframes

 

Estimated delivery times after your order has been processed:

 

  • Trinidad: 2–7 business days
  • Tobago: 3–10 business days

 

Please note:

 

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • SKMo Business Solutions Ltd. is not responsible for courier delays once the package has been handed over for delivery.

 

 

4. Delivery Methods

 

We use trusted local courier services and delivery partners throughout Trinidad & Tobago. Delivery may require:

 

  • A valid phone number
  • A signature on delivery (where applicable)

 

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information or unavailability, redelivery fees may apply.

 

 

5. Shipping Rates

 

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on:

 

  • Delivery location
  • Package size and weight

 

Some orders may qualify for free shipping promotions, which will be displayed at checkout when applicable.

7. Delivery Issues & Missing Packages

 

If your package is:

 

  • Marked as delivered but not received
  • Lost during transit
  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Description of the issue
  • Photos (if damaged)

 

We will work with the courier to investigate, but please note:

 

  • SKMo Business Solutions Ltd. is not responsible for packages after they are marked delivered.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is delayed or returned due to:

 

  • Incorrect address
  • Missing apartment/house number
  • Unreachable contact details

 

Re-delivery fees may apply.

Refunds are not provided for items lost due to incorrect shipping information.
