2. Defective or Damaged Items (7-Day Reporting Window)
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

3. Return Approval & 14-Day Return Window
If your defective-item claim is approved, we will:

Supply a return shipping label (if applicable)
You will have 14 days from the date of approval to ship the defective item back to us.
⚠️ Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
